Tine K's Summer cottage | scandinavian style

About two years ago I shared with you some beautiful photos of Tine Kjeldsen's home (from the danish company Tine K Home), and today I want to show you some images of her Summer cottage.

A typical Scandinavian summer house with a fresh and romantic style, white, grey and neutral tones prevailing, and a mixture of rustic and design pieces.

Looks cozy (hyggeligt) doesn't it?

the home of...Karine Kong

Today I'm sharing the London home of Karine Kong, from the blog and web-shop Bodie and Fou.
I chose some photos where you can get lots of inspiration on how to decorate and style your home in black and white, mixing vintage and modern styles.

If you you want to know more about some of the furniture, design pieces and art, in this home, you can check out this article on BoligLiv (though it will be written in Danish) or Karine's blog here
Hope you like it!

the home of...Joanna Laajisto

Today, another entry for  'the home of...' category.
Let's take a peak at the home of Joanna Laajisto.
Remember her? I made a post about one of her designs, the Edit Lamp, almost a year ago.
Actually, you can see that lamp hanging in her living room's wall.

Scandinavian style, white and fresh....just like Spring!

Lotta Agaton's Home

Some amazing photos from Swedish interior stylist Lotta Agaton's home, taken by Petral Bindel for Åhlens Magazine

My favourite is the first one...how beautiful is that space,  so simply styled in black and white, tones of grey and light wood.

Daniella Witte's dining room | WEEK'S FAVOURITE

Interior stylist and photographer Daniella Witte's dining room is my week's favourite image.

I love the black shelves on the left, so graphic and structured compared to the fluidity and slight disarray of the rest of the room.
The brightness and the green plants remind me that spring is close.
And that sofa...so inviting! Perfect for snuggling while having my morning coffee and going through the interior design magazines.

Have a nice weekend everyone.

perfect styling in 20 square meters | SCANDINAVIAN LIVING

Yes, this gorgeous images have infected the blogosphere like the "winter bug" (cough, cough, snif) has infected me. I still had to share them with you, here on my little corner because, lets face it, they are stunning. This 20 square meters apartment is the home of  Josefin Hååg, a talented interiors stylist and blogger. And the photos were taken for Residence Magazine by Kristofer Johnsson and styled by Lotta Agaton... yes, of course they had to be amazingly good.

That gallery wall is so beautiful...that bed...the room lighting... I could definitely live here!

a desaturated apartment | SCANDINAVIAN LIVING

This apartment in Copenhagen belongs to stylist Ingeborg Wolf and her boyfriend Claus Larsen, and it's a wonderful ode to grey and neutral tones without ever being boring. A careful mix of styles (industrial, mid-century, contemporary) and materials (wood, ceramics, iron) come together in a quiet and relaxing monochromatic harmony.

Sure, it may help a little bit that the photos are really desaturated... but I don't care, I love grey!

fruFly | blog love

Today I'm loving a Norwegian blog called fruFLY
It's full of interior design ideas and inspiration, DIYs and beautiful photographies taken by Heidi.
I chose to share some of Heidi's photos from her home, but you can find many more on her blog as she often changes the decoration and posts new pictures.

A Scandinavian home, in neutral tones and lots of beautiful details, where you can find some known design and art pieces as well as some more personal touches.
The small 'family workspace' that she set up in the kitchen, for example, is just right up my ally, with the big blackboard calendar and the half painted bar stools.

Gallery Wall Inspiration

I'm in love with this wall display at Daniella Witte's home.
Love how everything is arranged: the art, the neutral tones and how the hanging frames play with the black chair and the plant stand on the floor.
Can only 'drool' over her beautiful photos... and plan of making a gallery wall of my own in the future.

Black and White Scandinavian Home

Today I'm loving the home of  Swedish interior designer Elin Kickén, for sale on Västanhem.

The graphic and contrasting look of black and white, softened by details such as a touch of pink, green plants, warm metals and natural wood.
The perfect balance between design icons and the owners personality.

And one of Vee Speers photos on the wall...to which I just can't resist.
