My recipe for a delicious, home made, tuna pâté.
canned tuna (in oil, not water)
1 small finely chopped onion
mayonnaise (enough to obtain the desired consistency)
ketchup (more or less a table spoon for each can, depends on one's taste and it's here mostly for the sweetness)
mustard (just a bit to give flavour but not be overwhelming)
mixture of peppers, or black pepper
chives (lots and lots of chives...well if you like them of course)
Mix all together...done! Serve with nice bread and butter...nom nom.
